I've never had cramps like this before. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not sure the two are even related, but I start taking this and all the sudden I'm having terrible cramps, so I'm wondering if there is a correlation. ## Most medications in this class can cause such a side effect, according to NIH reports. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and mood swings. If they become severe, or suddenly worsen, you should consult your doctor as this might not be the best medication for you. I found a foil package for 2 pills that were large red diamond shaped pills now they are missing but nothing I Google describing them comes up ## What you're describing sounds just like a 50mg Desvenlafaxine Extended Release manufactured by Ranbaxy. Is the JR 445 pi...

What is the highest number of milligrams of Prestique that should be taken per day? ## The RECOMMENDED adult dosage is 50mg. per day. But these M.D.'s will raise that amount much higher and possible stack this medication on top of other meds so beware you might be taking way to many meds at a much higher dose than necessary. ## Pritiq contains the active ingredient Desvenlafaxine, it is an SNRI antidepressant. For those with hard to treat depression, amounts up to 400mgs a day may be used, but no benefits were shown on any dosages high than that and, as Bruce stated, the normal adult dosage is 50mgs a day. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and weight changes. Learn more: Are there any other comments or questions?
