Diazepam Tablets 10mg Double Score Lines

Updated

Received these from what I thought was a reputable pharmacy - small blue pills, Roche 10 on one side, two score lines on back, and slightly thicker than the previous generic valium I was used to taking. Are these safe?

The tablets you see with the V notch cut out are just what they use in the U.S.

The Roche 10 marking is what they use throughout most of the rest of the world and yes, they contain 10mgs of Diazepam, the active ingredient in Valium. At least that's what the listings I'm finding show, so I hope this helps!

Are there any other questions or comments?

Thanks very much for the reply. I was concerned about the double score lines on the back of the pill. I have seen the same pill with 1 score line but not two. I guess they are ok though. Thanks again

Sorry Simon, I think you answered a small bit in a post above about blue 10mg activis. Yes you do still get them in the uk but mostly it's yellow 5mg they give you now. I.e 2 yellows instead of one blue, dunno if it's anything to do with the amount of look a likes floating about these shores although you do get copies of the 5s, just they seem a little bit rarer?

Will you please stop giving misinformation and people I saw the date of your post so you might not care anymore? I'm sure you're still giving horrible information to people? Please just stop it. They don't make the cut Roche Valium any more or the brand anywhere. And that's because they are only made in the United States. Diazepam and most benzodiazepines are the most faked pills all around the world. Any stamp can be put on the pill, it's the ingredients that matter. I'm speaking because I've been a pharmacist for 20 years and have also used these medications through study. A huge majority only 65% of them say Roshe 10 mg on them. Most of you are taking things that are just made up in bathtubs and they put them blister packs if you're lucky but that means nothing. It doesn't make it any more legit. In fact blister packs cost more money than the actual drug. All you people that have those loose packaging Valium with a thousand count, they're mostly fake so please stay safe!

Roche doesn't exist now. Used to be the best yrs ago. I get 28 5mg a week, like 14 blues prescribed. I'm in the UK and my pharmacist says teva and actavis blues or yellows are the best. He reckons that's all they make in the UK, but i came across these s*** ones again that are real from a dr's script. Does anyone in the UK know the name of anymore prescribed ones that are real? I'll get it.

Yes, the larger white 10 mg licensed by Roche Holding AG of Basel Switzerland, for many years had Nicholas Piramal of Mumbai, India, with a license to use the Valium name thru at least the year 2012/2013. My understanding, citation needed, is
that Abbott Labs, of North Chicago Illinois, USA, has now a license, to mfg, with a agreement from Roche Holding AG to mfg, and use the Valium name for citizens of India. Abbott Labs is, and has always been a world class pharma firm. Beware of
exports from India, there are over 4 to 5 dozen non FDA approved underground pharmaceutical chemists that mfg, diazepam, for export, within India that do not reach USA FDA standards for Bioequivalence and Bioavailability., but are exported
to the modern industrialized world, via rogue Internet IOP sites, and thru telemarketing sales rooms looking for victims to unload the inferior, and poor quality even sometimes blisterpacked Diazepam, that are not near the quality of either
Piramal, or of Abbott, who both have pharma plants within India.

I will also correct my last post...JOHN THE PHARMACIST. All I wanted to say was that there are plenty of counterfeits around the world period right now. Right now the diazepam is one of the top three. But the top one is Alprazolam which is Xanax. Those are becoming the highest made counterfeits! But it's 2017 now just so you know and it's been like that for 2 years worldwide.

I've been taking benzodiazepenes (diazepam, etc) for many years now, so I have come across many fakes variations. By far the most bad ones have been 1mg xanax, but second is Roche 10mg valium. I used to get the blister strips of 10 many years ago that were the a good version for a few years with no problem. But all of a sudden fakes took over. Same packaging /markings etc. Since then I've come across many blisters/loose Roche and not seen anything but bad ones, so I would avoid that brand. Teva, crescent and Actavis are the only ones in UK chemists and always boxed.

There are obviously many foreign available - the white Indian blisters are ok as a last resort, white Ranbaxy boxes of 30, there are a few makes that come in larger quantities, but they are mostly bad. Just make sure you know the unmistakable taste of real diazepam. Bad ones either taste like junk or chalk. All versions of diazepam have the same taste. If anybody reads this and you have not yet gotten a tolerance to diazepam or any benzo, u should leave em alone, cause if u get hooked your f*****!.

The end

Tracy canzo (# 18) --

Why would you go out of your way to obtain Valium illegally, when you could just visit your doctor to discuss treatment for anxiety?

Re: Lucas MD (# 19) Expand Referenced Message

Hi L. I actually DO go see a dr once a month for my anxiety. But he will not give me more than 30 at a time and they are .5 mg. It’s just not enough. I remember my elderly grandmother getting bottles of clozepam?? Cuz she cldnt sleep. And I ask her for higher dosage every single time. He won’t do it. I get severe panic attacks. My response to you. Is why question my motives unless you’re just trying to be mean. Mind your business. I have my reasons. Period. Lucas.

Each prescription I fill I send a couple to the testing place named Wedinos and the test has always proven them to be diazepam rather than anything else.

Re: Tracy (# 20) Expand Referenced Message

First of all, please understand that my intent was certainly not to pass judgment, and I do apologize if the phrasing of my question came off as "interrogative," or otherwise adversarial. The nature of my curiosity was truly innocuous, in that I was truly interested in knowing your rationale for importing a medication that is, in my experience, reasonably accessible, albeit with a prescription. With that said, the clarification is appreciated and, with all due respect, you don't have to prove anything to me. I asked a perfectly fair question, which you chose to answer and, no matter what your response, it's not my place to express any personal opinion of approval or dissent.

With that said, I, too, have a chronic anxiety disorder, and recognize the importance of an effective pharmacotherapy regimen to manage symptoms (especially those with a rapid time to onset, i.e. anxiety and panic attacks), relieve inhibitions, and improve overall quality of life.

It almost sounds to me as though your physician is, perhaps, unfamiliar with how diazepam is prescribed. A single 5mg tablet, taken orally once per day, would be thoroughly ineffective for the management of any condition for which it is indicated. In adults, oral diazepam is dosed at 2mg to 10mg, taken between 2 and 4 times per day for anxiety, depending on severity. If you currently see your primary care physician for anxiety, it may be worth your time to request that he or she refer you to a specialist in psychiatric medicine for continuity of care. Alternatively, if it is your psychiatrist who oversees your medication management, and you feel your care is inadequate, it would be well within your right to seek treatment from another provider altogether.

To offer a personal anecdote, the first psychiatrist to whom I was referred was very vocal about her aversion toward benzodiazepines (diazepam, clonazepam, alprazolam, etc.) due to their habit-forming nature, and prescribed an antihistamine known as Vistaril (hydroxyzine pamoate) for my anxiety, along with Prozac (fluoxetine). At subsequent follow-up visits, I vocalized my dissatisfaction with Vistaril as an anxiolytic, as I was not experiencing any symptomatic relief, even after two months at the maximum indicated dosage. [The provider also failed to recognize the highly-visible urticaria that I developed in an allergic reaction to the Prozac.] Needless to say, I elected to leave this provider on the basis of ineffectiveness of treatment and borderline-malpractice, and established a relationship with my current psychiatrist, who has been absolutely amazing to work with.

I know you just came here for recommendations on where to source pharmaceuticals and, obviously, I'm unable to give you that. Nevertheless, whether or not you choose to derive any meaningful use from anything I've said, I hope you do find a means by which to effectively manage your anxiety, and be safe.
