Did They Stop Making The Roxane 54 411 Buprenorphine? (Page 9)

I have been getting the generic Subutex Roxane brand 54 411 Buprenorphine tablets for months now from Walmart pharmacy and the past two times I've gotten my prescription filled there, I was given a different generic made by Hi Tech with an 8 and an arrow. I asked them why the change because those little tablets just are not the same and they said the Roxane ones could not be ordered. I called around to other pharmacies I have gotten my prescription filled at before also and was also told that the Mylan M 924s can no longer be ordered either. What's going on with the Roxane and Mylan Buprenorphine tablets? Did they stop making them or is there some kind of shortage? I had the choice of getting the small Hi Tech tablets which seem alot less potent than the Roxane or the Actavis 153 half moon orange tablets which I cannot stand at all. Has anyone else had a problem getting the Roxanes or the Mylans or know for sure what's happening? I did see that Roxane merged with West Ward but don't know if that has anything to do with it or when the merge occurred and the 54 411 tablets are still listed on the West Ward site as a medication they manufacturer. I've heard everything from they are not making either of the brands anymore to there is just a temporary shortage of the brands.

Where I live it’s only small mom and pop pharmacies and those are getting done carrying 54’s like crazy. Trust me I know I’ve called MANYYYY pharmacies in two states (in New England) trying to find found ONE small pharmacy that carry’s them.

Hear that. Really it’s pathetic what the insurance companies are these days. My doctor wrote on prescription “fill Roxanne/now Hickma brand ONLY” and MANY pharmacies refuse to order. Last I checked a pharmacies job was to fill as prescribed/ doctors orders but now a days they think they can trump doctors orders. It’s a joke.

Not to be a dink but that’s not true. My doctor has on the script to fill Roxanne (now changed to Hikma) updated script and the 25 pharmacies I’ve called refuse to order it.

My guess is it's the cost. If you are a chain like CVS, Walmart, Walgreens whoever. If there is a penny difference in cost of a pill and your chain sells a million of them, that's $10,000 more in profit ... They probably just don't care because of the money, but smaller pharmacies that have less than 10-20 stores that don't sell such a high volume, that penny is less important than a satisfied good customer, so they just add the $1.50 to the cost of the 5 a day 30 day script ... So most likely the smaller pharmacy will have the better products... Unfortunately there are no small pharamcies around me...

*** HELLO EVERYONE …WESTWARD/ROXANNE WAS BOUGHT OUT BY HIKMA PHARMA. I found a lot of places when I call around and ask for "Westward or Roxanne Brand" always no and it’s because it’s now Hikma… Hikma pharmaceuticals is who makes the 54 511’s. ASK FOR HIKMA brand buprenorphine.

Pill with imprint 54 411 is White, Round and has been identified as Buprenorphine Hydrochloride (Sublingual) 8 mg. It is supplied by Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc..

Be careful. I used to take the old ones that go under tongue (subutex) and another one but then was put on one called Espranor (Lyophilisate). It was not the same. It caused an iron-like smell in nose and my sense of smell was high. I told my doc I came out in a rash. Google it said was a dangerous side effect. The two were the exact same price. My Dr emailed the clinic and I went in after suffering for over a month telling them. In the end I switched to Methadone (had no choice) and got better.

The thing is the Espranor used wafer nano tech, I believe I'm allergic to it. Out of 5 people I know that took it, 3 had a bad reaction. These new direct drug delivery and the nano tech I believe cause permanent harm just like the vaccine is doing. I think it contains hydrogel from darpa.

Also I was told they are bringing out a jab that lasts a month and to stay away from it in the future. People need to wise up. Every drug that get changed to new one because they are not as good as they said and I believe has a surveillance system. The swabs were the same RT QPCR was chips and hydrogel from darpa. I believe they are experimenting on junkies first like the nazis. I have it all in me. Shedding fibers (black like worms), nematodes covered hydrogel, and the software of life where they send it to you with light or radio waves. I have nmr (nuclear magnetic resonance) gives of frequency from 0.1hz, 1hz, 1.6hz, so on, up to 100mhz, 400mhz. Also food nearly all contain graphene oxide. Crazy times. I'm stuck on methadone but no way would I go on any other drug. I want off. Careful what you take. Take care. Use magnet to check food to keep alive. They hit junkies harder we are low bearing fruits.

I have the same problem. I go to a small mom and pop pharmacy in NC and they no longer carry the 54 411 and didn’t have any other in stock so I had to go to CVS and was given the orange oval with half moon and they are awful!! I called every pharmacy in my county and none of them had the 54 411.. I’ve been on them for 3 years now and I can tell a huge difference.. I’ve also tried the RP B8 and they didn’t work as well either.. I don’t know what to do.. I can’t remember which ones my pharmacy said they will be getting next but I hope they work as well as the 54 411 because the doctors I go to can only prescribe 2 a day max.. it sucks that they take away something that works so well and replace it with something worse

Yes they changed from Roxanne to westward now to hikma. No onw ask for their pharmacy to special order them thats why they give people they cheaper crappier ones.
