Duragesic Fentora

I have been on Duragesic and Fentora plus a few other meds for years for chronic pain. I had a 6 level fusion from T12-L1 to L5-S1. Unfortunately my rods came loose. The insurance company approved the surgery to repair them right away, however, as my bad luck would have it, this was right at the time Schwartznegger passed his workers comp reforms. The insurance attorney used this as a reason to cancel the approval and drag hi feet for the next almost 2 years... During this time I fused at a 90 degree angle (yes that is bent all the way over).
Although the surgery to correct the problem was successful, my muscles were not very cooperative about letting me stand up straight. About 6 weeks after my second surgery I started having nerve problems for some unknown reason. My skin from my knee to ankle on one side was so sensitive air hurt. I also developed bowel and bladder problems. In addition, because my posture was so poor I also had problems with my neck. Turned out I had 3 bad discs there also. Although we weren't sure if it was from my posture or from the original injury.
Last year we found out that I apparently had a small fracture to the vertebrae at the top of my fusion. This caused an anterior fusion that tilted my spine at an angle, When they went on to repair that, they found that a broken screw at my L5-S1 level in addition to having to fuse up to T3-4
Recently my pain management Doc discharged me. He said I wasn't recovering quickly enough. I am having trouble finding a new one. The couple that I have tried so far have taken my name and birthdate and check to see what meds I an on, and then turned me down. If anyone knows of a local doc that prescribes the meds I am on, the info would be much appreciated.
