If you're able to, I'd consider taking it into a local pharmacy just to double check for that possibility. For verification, the pills mentioned above are manufactured by Aurobindo Pharma. What is a round yellow flat pill with "novo | 40" on one side and blank on the other? It was given to me for pain. ## Hi Chris, A 'D-shaped' light brown (may be perceived as yellow) pill marked with novo 40 is reportedly identified as famotidine 40 mg, made by Teva in Canada. For verification, the Drug Identification Number (DIN) is listed as 02022141. Famotidine is marketed for use in treating symptoms of GERD, stomach ulcers and heartburn, among other uses. If you think your pill may be different, I would probably recommend contacting Teva Canada directly just to get a second opinion since the shape or color may be changed by the manufacturer without any prior public announcement. Hope this helps! ## I found a yellow round pill with 40 on one side and novo on the other...

small round and pink c 718 ## I want to identify a small pink round pill with the the imprint C 718. ## Equaline brand sells 20 mg famotidine (generic for Pepcid). The pills are small, peach-orange-pink, circular, and have a C on the top line, and 718 on the bottom. ## Thank you, javamike. There have also been several other people that have identified these as being 20mg Famotidine tablets, a generic for Pepcid. It's an antacid used to treat or prevent conditions such as heartburn, GERD and ulcers. This dosage is commonly available over the counter and you may find these same tablets carried by other stores and not just Wal-Mart. ## Show me a picture of a small round orangish / pinkish pill that has C 718 on it? And confirm what it is?
