Round white pain killer. ## The pill in description marked K 10 is likely Hydroxyzine HCL 10 mg (NDC 0904-0357). Hydroxyzine is used primarily as an antihistamine for the treatment of itches and irritations, an antiemetic for the reduction of nausea, as a weak analgesic by itself and as an opioid potentiator, and as an anxiolytic for the treatment of anxiety. However - If the K on your pill has something like an arrow coming off the top right of it, then it could also be a discontinued form of Acetaminophen 500mg. All I can do is guess that it has to do with the cheap instant test. At a lab or a clinic they would do a gas chromography or whatever, and it would clear up this mishap!
