Found pills with A 82 imprint in another product. The color is white, form oblong, the logo looks like the A of Aurobindo Pharma. I searched for hours but I wasn't able to find it on the internet. ## Sertraline 100mg for depression ## Just got my Zoloft 100mg filled and it is a scored yellowish oblong tablet with A on one side and 1 8 on the obverse. Normally it is an oval shaped, lighter yellow with 100 mg on one side & Teva on the other. Now I'm scared to take it because I've never heard of Aurobindo before, and don't know where they're from. I worry about out of country manufacturers and safety of medication. My pharmacy is closed and I don't know what to do. Guess I'll just skip it tonight and call them in the morning. Is it OK to skip a dose? ## I go...

I've noticed an increasing despondency despite taking 200mg of Sertraline/day. This has increased over the years. I don't know what brand I'm taking but I'm pretty sure the brand is not as good as what I was taking in the past. Will have to call Costco tomorrow to find the brand. My tablet is yellowish with a weird sign on one side and a "1" and an "8" on each side of the perforation on the other side. Cannot manufacturer name on bottle. Ever heard of North +? Might be the brand. Does anyone know of an effective brand of Sertraline that is giving you good results? I know Watson was a good brand name but they were taken over by Actavis. I have no idea in the Sertraline area what a GOOD BRAND might be. Anyone??? Help will be so appreciated. ## Hello, Denise...

I want to stop using this drug . Please tell me a safe way. To get off sertraline ## Hello, Kathy! How are you? Sertraline actually isn't addictive, but your body does get used to it, after you've been taking it for a long period of time. Stopping it may cause some withdrawal effects, such as nausea, diarrhea, pain, anxiety and rebound depression. A slow taper is usually best. Have you consulted your doctor? They should be able to help you set up a tapering schedule. ## Can I take Zoloft and black seed oil or do I need to stop the Zoloft? I have Hpylori and instead of doing the triple drug regimine I would rather do black seed oil. ## Did you try these two together? I am looking to do the same.

The pill imprint IG 213 is in fact 50mgs of Sertraline. I actually had my script filled with those and thought they were "purple footballs" (Xanax), but I looked a little closer and noticed that the numbers weren't normal. So I looked them up online as well and found out to my dismay that Sertraline 50mg is a generic of Zoloft used for depression. Of course, it had me fooled. ## Correct, this tablet contains Sertraline 50 mg (NDC 31722-0213). Will having only one kidney, a damaged liver and damaged spleen, plus taking Seroquel, Sertraline, Lisinopril, and Depacoat, show a false positive for methamphetamine? ## Studies have shown in fact patients who have only one kidney, kidney infection, kidney disease, combined while prescribed seroquel in conjunction with intakes of M.S.M (meth-al-sophony-methane) will in fact produce false positives for both amphetamines, and methamphetamine s when urine samples are tested. Further more when sent to a lab, levels are found to be as much as 50 times normal readings. This is due to the body's storing of toxic chemicals and combination of medications. ## I have liver disease and when given a urine drug screen it showed positive for both methamphetamines and amphetamines. pls let me know the purposr of serta 50mg. ## By Serta, do you mean Sertraline? If so, Sertraline is a Hydrochloride prescribed as an antidepressant. Many pharmaceutical substances are prepared as hydrochlorides so that they may be quickly released in the gastrointestinal tract; the body usually absorbs a hydrochloride within 15-30 minutes. The efficacy of Sertraline for depression is similar to that of older tricyclic antidepressants, but its side effects are much less pronounced. Differences with newer antidepressants are subtler and also mostly confined to side effects. Evidence suggests that sertraline may work better than fluoxetine (Prozac) for some subtypes of depression. Sertraline is highly effective for the treatment of panic disorder, but cognitive behavioral therapy is a bet...

Is there a difference??? ## What are the markings on them? I'm sorry, but this information is needed to enable someone to check for you. However, it is normal for a generic to be manufactured by different companies, so they may be colored and marked differently. Can you please post back with more details?
