Has anyone been given Tramadol 50 mg manufactured by TRUPHARMA ?

The table is oblong and has the numbers 018.

I started taking it 2 weeks ago. The first prescription I got for Tramadol was by the manufacturer Amneal and I had no side effects. But this time when I got it filled, the manufacturer was Trupharma and very quickly I started to get heart palpitations that last eight hours. And I continued to every time I took it for two weeks. Finally I'm not having heart palpitations but I'm wondering what is in it that's causing that when the other manufacturer's version didn't cause any heart palpitations or side effects. I only take a half a tablet every 6 to 8 hours. it's for a large tumor that's in my abdomen.

I was just told that my pharmacy only have this tru pharma so should I be worried about heat problems or should I find another pharmacy?

it might just be my body/system that can't take it. I'd try it and if it does happen, maybe do what I did: I went back to the doctor and told her and she ordered Ultram, which is the real version of the medication, not the generic. The generic form is Tramadol. I didn't know this. I pick it up today and it's supposed to have none of the side effects the generic versions have. Also, I'm taking two other medications that just may not work together well in my system with the generic Tramadols: Mefenamic Acid and Progesterone/hormones- because I have a large tumor I'm fighting.
