Blue Coated Pill White Inside M On One Side 30 On The Other

I would like to know if this is a fake opiate? Has anyone ever had these?

This tablet is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 30mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Hey,
I’ve been taking Oxys/roxys for a long time and I’m absolutely sure of the feeling you are suppose to get when you take a real one vs a fake one. I came across one that describes the very same one you are asking about. I looked up and down the internet and tried to see if it was real or not and could not. So I tried it and tbh my feeling was that it felt real and I got the roxycodone feeling. Still can’t be sure, but hopefully this is of help

No oxy/roxy has blue coating with white inside. Only real oxy 40 mg for instance has the orange coating with white inside. The M box you are referring to is a 30 mg M box with blue coating and white inside, right? These are fake fent presses from Mexico. 100% for sure. Been around the Southern California area a lot!
