Since I don't know what country you are in, I've no idea what the trade names may be where you are, but I can give you the generic names, which will enable you to discover whether or not there are equivalents there.
Bisocor contains the active ingredient Bisoprolol, it is a beta blocker that is used to treat hypertension and other cardiac problems.

Along with it, many countries have quite a few medications in this class available, so even you can't find it, you can usually find an alternative.
You can learn more about the different ones here:

Salospir contains the active ingredient Aspirin, for cardiac conditions, it is usually used in a low dosage for its blood thinning properties.

This is very easy to find in most countries and is even available over the counter in many of them.
Tulip contains the active ingredient Atorvastatin, which is used to help lower cholesterol.

This is a statin drug and it also has quite a few options on the market, so if you can't find it, you can easily get an alternative in the same drug class.
