The ratio is 1 and a half times, times 2, so your dosage of Oxy, times 1.5, multiplied by 2.
For instance I was on Oxy 20mgs, my insurance would no longer cover it, so I had to switch to MS Contin, so I am 60mgs of that twice a day, 20mgs times 1.5 would be 30mgs, multiplied by 2 is 60mgs.
So if you were on 30mgs Oxy, you would need 80mgs MS Contin.

You can just reverse that to go the other way. So if you were on 60mgs MS Contin, you would go down to 20mgs of Oxy as an equivelent dosage.
