Who is your pcp. With my ptsd and recent loss of daughter I cannot find anyone to prescribe xanex. I took it long time ago and it helped. I really need a doctor.

Can you send me the info for this doc? My physic doc won’t prescribe me Xanax for my bad anxiety and I really could use them. That’s the only medication that helps with my severe anxiety attacks.

Nobody should take that amount and I highly doubt any Doctor would prescribe that quantity without loosing their practice eventually. Are you not terrified of what could happen with withdrawals?

Call your insurance company and ask for the names of psychiatrists in your area that accept your insurance. You may or may not be able to find another doctor that will prescribe you Xanax.

Can you please send info on Dr? I currently take 2mg Xanax 3-4 times daily and can't get them prescribed anymore because my doctor lost his practice. I’m having to find it elsewhere.

Any doctor can prescribe any medication as long as they have their state and federal Dangerous Controlled Substances ID #. Unfortunately, a lot of doctors tell patients they cannot prescribe certain medications because the law will not allow it. When in fact they are lying. It would be better if they said I am not comfortable prescribing you that medication. But that would lead to upset and angry patients.

Im in san antonio tx and i have gad anxiety panic attacks, ptsd, bipolardiorder syco something. My drs dont want to prescribe cause i told them i use to take it and icud control myself and just that one helps me then all 6 they already havre and dont do anything like my xanax or alprazolam. I need them i cant even sleep i go 7 or more days with out sleeping help me i have superior insurance n medicaid..!!!Sarah Hernandez

I jus remembered he used to be my doctor years ago before I ever had any issues... I remember him being ex military if I recall. he was a pretty good doc. wish I still had good health insurance like I used to back then

I know this is a long shot but I'm currently prescribed 1mg of clonazepam a day for agoraphobia and it's the most they'll prescribe because it's state funded and they normally won't even give out benzos. If you had any information on a doctor who could help me out I'd be eternally greatful. Thank you in advance. And if you can't help thank you anyways.

Sadly the user "GCubed" has not responded to anyone on here for years. They are likely long gone or were lying to begin with. I suggest we work together to share options for other doctors. Trying to get a referral from my GP right now but open to ideas.
