Accidently mixed up medications. Have a blue pill with 771 on one side and M on the other. White, circular, 3/8 diameter. RDY on one side, 231 on other side ## I think my friend was given the wrong medicene. She should have been given generic Flexril but got round white pills imprinted with RDY on one side and 231 on the other. Can anyone tell us what this is. She has been terrible sick since she started taking this. ## This is most definitely NOT Flexeril, this tablet contains Pravastatin Sodium, a generic for Pravachol, this used to help lower cholesterol. She needs to report this to the pharmacy and her doctor.

How long it lasts in your system really depends on the dosage you have been taking and how long you have been taking it.

is flexeril like tramidol? ## NO! Not even close. Tramadol is an opiate derived anti-inflammatory, they were trying to engineer a medication that would have the pain killing benefits of a narcotic, without the side effects. It didn't work and they ended up with something that is just as addictive as regular opiates. Flexeril, which is Cyclobenzaprine, is a completely different class of medication. It is a muscle relaxant.

I found a bottle of pills...the bottle indicates that they are Cyclobenzaprine 10mg tablets...a generic for Flexeril 10mg. I looked up the description for the pill but what's in the bottle is a small white pill with the number 5658 on one side and DAN on other side... What is this exactly? ## It's a muscle relaxer. It's non narcotic but can be habit forming. I take 10mg a day for my back. It will also knock you out or make you tired. You have the generic form of it is all. ## It is Cyclobenzaprine. Once a pill is available for generic production it is made by many different companies and each will have a unique marking to enable identification.

dan5658 ## need to know proper doseage and possible side affects ## This tablet is the generic version of Flexeril, called Cyclobenzaprine and is 10mgs. 10mgs is a normal dosage, for the regular release tablet. This type of tablet also comes in a 5mg dosage. There are extended release capsules available in 15 and 30mgs. As to the dosage appropriate for you, only your doctor can decide that.

Doctor kept taling about the FDA and is obligations to it. What a joke.

light orange color. Odd shape, rectangular upper part coming down to a point on bottom ## This is generic 5mg cyclobenzapine, (sp?), generic for Flexeril. It is not used near as much as the 10mg, but being prescribed more. It is a smooth muscle relaxant and ha side effects of drowsiness, dizziness, blurry vision.
