Has Anyone Tried The Mx Resveratrol Complex? (Top voted first)

Updated

My mom were planning to buy a Resveratrol Supp. particularly a MX Resveratrol Complex. How true it's a great way to get an optimal amounts of resveratrol everyday without drinking 13 glasses of red wine or eating too much dark chocolates? I've found out .. aside of improving heart health and lowering glucose and cholesterol. It also offers a fantastic alternative for maintaining youth and vitality. How true?? Hmm.. Anyone??

My sister used that before for lowering her cholesterol as well as on boosting her immune system. Yap! It's true that it has the same amount of Resveratrol as 13 glasses of red wine.

In my opinion supplementing with Resveratrol isn't a bad choice at all (just expensive). I do believe however that Turmeric root is a much cheaper, and equally if not more beneficial antioxidant and anti-aging compound than Resveratrol; but that is me based on personal use and how I feel.

Turmeric root is underrated, but has numerous health benefits and anti-anging benefits. I think if you are able to compare the two for yourself over a few weeks period, you can get a good idea of what you prefer. If you google Turmeric or Curcumin you should get plenty of results.

This planet has so many good things to offer, that it's hard to choose just one! :)

Agree absolutely. Turmeric is being used for ages in INDIA and it works. There are many things in Ayurveda which can help recover from incurable diseases and reduce
dosage of medication. No doubt, modern medicine offers excellent way out of emergency situations.
Cholesterol lowering drugs are prescribed many times for the disease which does not exist.Regulated diet control and exercise can prevent incidence of heart ailments. Yoga is of immense value.
I am miraculously recovering from heart attack and many complications and SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE. thanks
