Mecobalamine And Alpha Lipocic Acid Capsules 100 Mg + 0.5 Mg

I received this capsules from Govt. Hospital, Noida for my dental problem. My gums are bleeding and bad smells came out. The doctor suggested me this tablet. Is it useful for my condition?
