SIDE EFFECTS ## I HAVE RETURNED MY PURCHASE OF AMBESLEEP BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAVE ANY EFFECT FOR ME..... I WAS ASKING IF IT EVER HAD DIARRHEA AFFECT ON ANYONE???? THANKS ## AmbeSleep is an over the counter supplement, so while they claim this is aids in sleep and has no side effects, neither one of these claims is actually proven and it is already well-known that some herbal supplements have just as many side effects as prescription drugs. AmbeSleep contains Valerian Root, Magnolia Bark, Melatonin, GABA, Lavender, Chamomile, Hops, Corydalis, Passion Flower, Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and Zinc. Supplements can also react adversely with other medications and cause problems with some health conditions, so you should not use this, without consulting your doctor. Did you have any other questions? ...

Thick, lighter blue, MD on one side and SLEEP on the other. About 3/4 inch long ## This is an over the counter product that is claimed to help with sleep issues using natural ingredients. However, I cannot discover exactly what the ingredients are supposed to be. Is anyone else familiar with this product? ## I just took one. Looks like it is about 50% binders and the rest is Hops, GABA, Melatonin and Valerian Root. I have used all of these herbs in bulk and found that each does help me sleep or at least calm down. Melatonin- I used 10-15mg. Valerian root works very well, but you need to take a huge amount (like a tablespoon) and it smells like mildew. I usually use ambien, but I failed to go to bed after taking my dose, then came back and took the other 29, but have no memory of doing t...

I just had a complete hysterectomy abdominal incision. Can I take 3mg melatonin and one 5/325mg percocet? ## Hello, Connie! How are you? It would be best to check with your doctor, before combining these, since both the Oxycodone and the Melatonin increase sedation. It could be too much for you and may put you in danger. The FDA classifies Oxycodone as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

need to know the side effect on somnapure pill ## Hello, Moe! How are you? This is an over the counter all natural supplement that the manufacturers list as containing Melatonin, L-theanine, Valerian Root Extract and hops, thus it is not evaluated for side effects, like prescription medications are. However, you should be aware that the Valerian may interact with some medications, so you shouldn't take it, if your taking a prescription medication, without checking with your doctor. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am trying to find a place that carries Tryptophan in Montgomery, Al. Can u help me? ## Patti, did you check Walmart or any other stores like that? It should be sold as an over the counter supplement. If that doesn't work out then there are lots of places online where you can order this supplement. As a side note, do you know tryptophan to work well as a sleep aid?? I've used melatonin before and didn't realize that they also offer this until I came across your message. Isn't that what's in thanksgiving turkey that makes you so sleepy?

Ok i am not ashamed of my issue and i am merely trying to help here. I am an H user. I am totally pissed off because my boyfriend has recently embarked in this fake pill bull s***. Ok so not to get into too much personals but we know the person who makes these and they look so real...like i am a "drug addict" and i would have easily bought them hadn't i known whats in them?? There is one bag of H in the small pill.. Melatonin to make u sleepy so u feel like drowsy. And a dietary supplement from local gnc store. Its mixed and pressed together perfectly.. it took them a few trys to get it but they finally got it correct and even in comparison to a real one you would b confused. No bulls***.. I was pissed bc they dont understand nor do they care what ppl go thru dealing with wi...

I need to know if their is a brand out there that puts out a 1mg YELLOW melatonin pill? ## Hello, Plshlp! How are you? Unfortunately, since this is an over the counter product, there is no database of all of the tablets that are available, their descriptions and dosages. It's highly possible that there is a yellow one, but if you aren't sure what it is, then it would be best not to take it. Where was it found/obtained? Maybe that will help to narrow it down, since some over the counter products are regional.

I have this going on plus Gurd. Has anyone been approved for laser surgery for the bone spurs. Meds help but have reduced my quality of life. I've been looking at Benfotiamine to see if it helps. Most info is about diabetic related neoropathy. Not sure about the cause of mine. Need to get some regular sleep. Need some input. Thanks ## Hello, Patricia! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain. Neuropathy is really neuropathy, it's all nerve damage, so even studies on diabetic neuropathy and what helps it may be relevant to your situation and could help you. Most of the B vitamins are believed to help with it and those who suffer from nerve pain are often advised to take them. But you do have to be careful not to overdo it, since there can be complications from taki...

I have diabetes and high blood pressure, so I tried melatonin but that didn't work. Where can I fill a prescription for Trica 0.5mg or any other substitute? ## Hello, Susan! How are you? Both of these conditions are serious and could put your life in danger, so rather than trying random medications, you need to see a doctor and get prescriptions for the proper medications to get these conditions under control. Do you currently have a doctor that you see regularly?

Hi, I found that a drug called seroquil ....even though it its a antipsychotic drug, many addictionologists will prescribe it for sleep and it actually works...for me anyway. AND for me it will give me the endless "munchies." My problem is taking it at night for sleep and I have a condition known as GERD that is a problem of food that backs up into the esophagus and causes me to inhale my food into my lungs. For seroquil, they even list on the side effects that it will cause weight gain. Though I have heard from a VERY VERY few that for some it causes them to lose weight. If you do not want to go that route, there are over the counter natural herbal supplements you can try such as Melatonin,Valerian Root(you may find that it has an unpleasant odor but once you take it, it goes aw...

How are you? The Ciradin is just a supplement that contains Melatonin and I didn't find any interactions listed between them, but you should double check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. You should also consult your doctor about the depression on Champix, that may actually mean that it's not a safe medication for you to take. Is there anything else I can help with?

i want to try remtyme pills but can not find where to buy in the uk .as i live in portugal the +ost from america takes weeks sometimes can anyone help . ## I'm sorry, but if it's not available for sale there, then you are going to have to deal with a long post time, no matter where you order it from. You may want to just look for alternatives that contain the same ingredients. RemTyme is just a supplement, not a medication, so it isn't proven to actually do anything, however, it contains: L-Theanine, Melatonin, Magnesium, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Lemon Balm and Hops. These same ingredients are used in many products that are sold and claim to help with sleep and/or have a calming affect. Therefore, there is really no need to have this specific product. Has anyone tried this...

i want sleeping tablet i am living in bangalore without doctors prescription ## Hi Ravi, There are many different types of sleeping pills on the market that are available over-the-counter as dietary supplements and/or in the form of herbal remedies - commonly found at natural health food stores. Supplementing with melatonin is one viable option, but there are others such as essential oils (i.e. lavender), which can be great for helping a restless body/mind relax at night. I hope this advice helps! Does anyone else have some recommendations to add?
