How do you prove you only take sudafed when you show a false positive drug test for methamphetamine and you never did drugs except sudafed 120mg 2x daily non drowsy ## Ask for a GC/MS confirmation test. Hi, I'm Alex, I live in Spain and I have tdah. It turns out that I have tried all the treatments that exist here in Spain for ADHD and the one that has come closest to treating my symptoms has been lisdexanphetamine in a dose of 70mg + 70mg that is twice the maximum dose. I have researched that in the United States and Canada they use pharmaceutical methamphetamine as a medicine and it is very effective, but here in Spain they do not sell it. My question is this: If I go to Canada or the United States as a tourist, could I be prescribed this by a doctor? The other question is if I can be prescribed it, could I bring the medicine on the plane without having problems with customs? I took about 3.5 grms of Methamphetamine in 4 days and stopped. 8 days later I was tested and tested positive but I have been taking ranitidine 300mg daily for 3 years. I recently took a hair follicle test and it came back positive for meth. I've been clean since April 24, 2013. I was on Trazodone and Prozac until roughly July. My hair said I was positive with only 2100 points on the chart. Could it be from my meds? ## One of the great features of hair drug testing is that it is good at isolating the metabolite that for a particular drug which reduces the incidence of false positives. The number 2100 most likely means 2100 pico grams per milligrams or 2100 pg/mg. That appears to be low or recreational use. As far as the meds causing a false positive I doubt it. I took a urine test and had a false positive for THC, methamphetamine as well as benzodiazepine. I am prescribed Suboxone, ibuprofen, lisinopril and levothyroxine. Methamphetamine decreases body weight.... and THC stays in your fat cells....if you did a ton of methamphetamine it decreases body weight..Since THC stores itself in fat cells, fat-burning exercise like weight training and intense cardio or speeding your heart up (using methamphetamine) -- can help get it out of your body faster... they agree to disagree. I had took Methamphetamine around 12pm, then I got a call from my cps case worker to go visit with her. I didnt meet up with her until 5 pm as she caught me off guard and I went to my room and put hair moose in my mouth then went to take the saliva test.
