Suboxone And Employment Lab Test

So, I have been in a suboxone treatment program. I have been tapering down and am about to stop. I should have a very important test for employment and I am clean otherwise. The job requires using heavy machinery. I plan on stopping now and my test is in about two weeks. I'm afraid if it shows up they can deny my the job because of its possible side effects. My uncle is getting me the job, I don't want to embarrass him and get denied because of this. How long until I'm okay? And can they deny me even if I have stopped use and the medication is prescribed? I've been losing sleep over this.
