You can just cut, or puncture the capsule, put a little of the vitamin E oil on your fingertip, and spread it on the area you wish to apply it. However, you should be aware that the NIH warns that doing so might make your skin and hair look oily. Thus, most women do so, at night, so they can wash it off in the morning.
