Okay, I am hoping to get some help. I was on Pristiq 100 mg for the last three years. My insurance now is having a higher co-pay plus I have gained 25 lbs. So the PA switched my to Wellbutrin SR 150mg. It is day three and I feel awful. Very foggy and light headed. Well I found out from her nurse today, that I should not be having any caffeine when I take it. How long will this feeling last?? Anyone have words of wisdom. I am not hungry and that is the good thing. I want to try to stick it out. ## Actually, there could be a combination of factors causing your problems. How long ago did you stop the Pristiq? my doctor gave me wellbutrin er 150mg once a day first 2or 3 days felt no different then about the 4th or 5th day i felt energized not really hungry now i am eating like a horse and smoking like a chimney whats wrong do i need a higher dosage or what ## It's difficult to say, all medications can affect everyone differently. I want to purchase Brand Wellbutrin 300mg in Canada, manufactured by Biovail. I've been look an hour with no luck ## BEWARE! I have been on pristique 50mg for 13 months now. The first 9 months I felt great but after that I feel that the pristique has started to wear off and going up to 100mg is no different. Today my doctor has reccomended that we add Wellbutrin 150mg in combo with the pristique. It's fairly common for several medications to be combined to best try and help someone, especially if they are treatment resistant, or have grown tolerant to one or more medications, as you have.

I am currently taking two Wellbutrin XL 150 mg in the morning, around 8:00am. I take it for extreme fatigue. By 6:00pm I'm ready for bed, tired. Was wondering if I could take a Wellbutrin 150mg SR around 5:00pm would that help me get through the evening? ## It's been prescribed to you for fatigue? It can be taken in doses up to 450mgs daily, but that does increase the risk of seizures, so you'd need to discuss it with your doctor to see if it's safe for you to raise your dosage.

If so, the tablet contains 300mgs of Buproprion in a controlled release formulation, it is a generic for Wellbutrin XL, which is an antidepressant that's also used to aid in smoking cessation. My pharmacists gave me teva buproprion Xl 150 which stayed on the market after the 300mg dose was withdrawn. It has a different absorption profile than the brand name and I'm wary of it. I am a 32 year old female; 1,7m tall and I weigh 52kg. I am on 2 x Wellbutrin 150XL in the morning, and 2 x Epitec 100mg at night. I am very irritable, not motivated, very emotional, don't have much energy, but my sex drive is great. At least I don't sleep all day any more and I don't burst out in tears for every little thing uncontrollably - which used to happen even when I was happy. I am considering adding 5-HTP and L-Tryptophan to my regime. Does anyone recommend this? Or could my dosages just be wrong? My work is suffering, as I used to be able to work like a machine, pumping out high quality relevant work at the speed of light.

is there a difference in wellbutrin and wellbutrin 150mg sr tab actavissou? i was taking the regular wellbutrin then my new prescriptson is the tab sr. a round pale yellow pill. other coment said it causes sezures? ## Brandy, the "SR" means sustained release, meaning that you take a single larger dosage less often because it is gradually released in your body. There is a minor risk of seizures as a possible side effect of this medication - the chances of it are low but do increase with a higher dose. I'd say since you are starting this new dosage that you either make sure you're around others, or at least have your doc on speed dial to report any side effects. I have been taking these anti-depressents for nearly 2 years but lately I am noticing a big change in my body. I am increasing weight and although I am always on diet, drink plenty of water and exercises I cannot loos weight - could it be because of them. Can I replace them with Wellbutrin pills??I am 36 years old. ## S-Oropram contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant and it has now been shown to cause any significant weight gain. Hello all I am on 300 Wellbutrin and started taking only 10 mg of viibrd my headaches are brutal!!! any relief soon? I have been on Wellbutrin for over a year now and viibrd for like 5 days... ## Have you contacted your doctor? Headaches can be a normal side effect, when you are new to taking the medication, but they shouldn't be that severe. You should speak to your doctor, as it may not be the right medication for you to take.

I am bipolar and am currently taking Epitec, Fluanxol, Wellbutrin and Setraline. My mood feels a bit too mellow. I don't really get excited for things like I used to before, like going to the gym. I used to go through phases where I would love to go to gym and do it religiously. Now I tend to miss days and seem to just go through the motions. I used to be very witty and funny but now I don't partake as much in conversation anymore. Its not the Eptiec because I was fine on it before. I'm am told by my husbands dad to make my husband take wellbutrin Sr 150 mg ta for his anxiety. But he got generic that is called bupropion tab 150 mg ta. And now its a purple pill its round and has a slanted E with 415 under it. He's takeing two per day. What is this drug treat? I feel like crap is the meds not to strong for me ## Have you consulted your doctor? How long have you been taking them? All medications carry the risk of side effects and they may make you feel awful, for several weeks, until your body gets used to the medication. (Urbanol) (Cymgen)

can i take multivitamins everyknight along with celexa40mg and wellbutrin xl 150mg or should i not mix vitamins cause they make me tired during the day ## yes, it is safe to take vitamins with these medications. ## You should double check with your doctor, to be sure. The other issue is that it may not be advisable to take the vitamins at night, because they can give you an energy boost, which may cause problems sleeping. For the last 3 year I take Wellbutrin 150g at 8 am and Lexamile 20mg with Epitec 300mg at 8 pm every day. I have exelent resalts. I now want to stop with the epitec 300mg. No reason what so ever for this disision. What can Happen? Ria ## I am using the Epitec 100mg it is trouble falling asleep, if my brain doesn t want to switch off Can it be the Epitec that is causing this problem..! ## Ria, have you consulted your doctor? Epitec contains the active ingredient Lamotrigine, which is an anticonvulsant that is also used as a mood stabilizer and suddenly stopping it might cause rebound effects, such as mood swings and convulsions, so it should only be done under medical supervision. And yes, Emma, insomnia is a well known side effect of it. Have you talked to your doctor about the problem?

I was prescribed recently wellbutrin xl 150. After 2 weeks and good effects such as waking up easy and alert, feeling"lifted" my psych. chose to up the dose to 300. I have been on this for 1 week my side effects arent as good example- drowsy and harder to wake up- not having that same lift as with 150. How long should I wait before I request changing back to 150? ## When raising the dosage, it is normal to experience more side effects, even if you weren't really having any before. They usually last about 4 to 6 weeks, which is the same time it usually takes for the medication to reach its full effectiveness in your body. They should reach their peak in that time frame and then start to taper off. If they don't, or if they get a lot more severe, you should definitely talk...

It's a round shape and a light purple color with GG 036 imprinted on it. It was supposed to be a wellbutrin refill. ## The marking is actually GG 930 and it does contain 100mgs of Bupropion, the active ingredient in Wellbutrin, which is an antidepressant that is also used to help with smoking cessation.
