Paraflex Vs. Soma
Updated1 Reply
Hello, Pat! How are you?
Paraflex is listed by the FDA as containing Chlorzoxazone and Soma as containing Carisoprodol, both are classified as being muscle relaxants. Typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
And when it comes to potency and having some sedative like effects, Soma clearly wins out, to the point where its scheduling was recently changed and many doctors are trying to switch patients off of it and onto something different.
Is there anything else I can help with?
