I was seen by a number of different doctors at that clinic. It seemed like they couldnt keep anyone there very long. I kept asking to see the same person each time but it never failed, I'd see a doctor a couple times and then go in for my next appointment and that doctor would be gone. It was just plain crazy!

You will have to make a police report, and take the info to your doctor. Sometimes you will get one chance for this kind of issue. They may air may not give you a short supply to get you through. Besides that, there is nothing that I know of without violating your Pain contract.

Just as Miss T,I had to go to a methadone clinic because I too moved from Washington. I can't stand it! I don't want to go in everyday, it is such a hassle and my job has just about had it with me for being late. Help please (?)

I have Degenerative Disc Disease in my lower back and was prescribed 600mg Ibuprofen, 10mg flexeril, and 5mg oxycodone and together those helped my pain so much but my doctor who used to prescribe those meds passed away, now I cant find a doctor who will prescribe me oxycodone they only give me the Ibuprofen and flexeril, does anyone know a doctor in the Portland or Gresham area who will prescribe me oxycodone? Thanks

moved from Utah back to Oregon. In the 7 years I've been gone Oregon has changed a lot about pain pills. Went to a pain management and they are talking putting needles in my back and giving a cream? 14 Years I've managed my medication and in the whole time only had 3 problems. Why am I being treated like a leper? Grrr....off to "doctor shop". Never had to do this before. I feel weird asking Doctors if prescribing pain medication is something they do. Weird.
Is there anyone known to be more patient friendly in the Northwest Region in Oregon? From Salem to Portland to Lincoln city to Corvallis?

Ally, I was finally able to get my Dilaudid filled but it's been one acid trip after another. I do finally have my doctors dialed in for the most part. But my pain Doc is really conservative. Taking me up really slowly. It's been several months and I'm only on MS Contin 30mg. twice a day, and Oxycodone 5 mg. 4x a day for break-through pain. A far cry from Opana ER 40 mg. and Opana IR 10 mg. for break-through. Anyway Ally, if you want to enter into dialog about our pain med endeavors call me at {edited for privacy}.

I'm interested in the pain management that you receive from real doctors. Trying to find the right understanding doctors are not easy to find in this state. Could you please tell me where do you go and who you see? This state is the worse when it comes to pain management.
