juanita, did you read the report the psychiatrist sent the pain dr ? It sounds like part of why the pain dr wouldn't treat you is in that report. It's unusualy for a pain dr to send a patient to see a phychiatrist before prescribing for them. Have you read your medical records from your other drs ? It sounds like there was also info in your medical records from previous drs that factored in to the pain dr not treating you.

Have you looked for a pain management dr in Shreveport ? That's a little closer. But, if you have a way to Metairie that does help. You really need to get a copy of your medical records and read them so you will know what a new dr are also reading.

yes BL I have copies myself of everything I found out that the pain management in Monroe,La. sends their patients to the psy. before they treat them and yes I do know what he said he told the Dr. at pain management that he didn't see a reason as to why the pain management could not treat me I read that also.

I replied to this days ago for Dr. Troy does not write LA number 1. Neither does the other guy that ETECH mentioned. You cannot get fused from top to bottom Juanita maybe that is why you are seeing a psychiatrist. It cannot be done or you'd be standing up or laying down forever. WE DO NOT fuse from top to bottom geez.
Who even takes this seriously.

P450 ...It could be that the only alternative that the doctor could help her knowing that that is impossible but just for a reference of how bad it is. Also I didn't say that Boucadray writes but heard he does. I know for sure that Ehlenberger does because I see him.

I posted that wrong but it's just as bad when they want to fuse you in the middle of your back still can't move very well and you didn't have to act like you think i'm stupid because i'm not by a long shot I have had this problem for so long that is really has gotten the best of me.

I am in process of asking court orders right now to save my life.
The adjuster is going down. The physician today literally wrote a personal note saying her pain is out of control due to lack of access of medication. I have 100% medical award for life. They will be f****d when done. Dr. Troy does write and I went to him first via fax with my records. They called me immediately to get me in UNTIL he saw my medications. I let them know I am not on the high amounts I was before and they were kind but if you are on long acting patches and instant liquid which due to my DNA profile are what the genetics have shown to work he 'does not write those kind of medications.'
Go for him if you like but I do wonder if he's pulled back.

Catherina, you won't find a dr here that will prescribe him pain meds, xanax and Soma. Due to an increase in deaths, almost all drs have stopped prescribing opiates with Soma and drugs like Valium. There are other medications that he can take for sleep and anxiety.
