You could have just searched on here or used Google and looked for Lortab.
Lortab is a narcotic pain killer containing Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, the 7.5 and 5 refers to the dosage in that tablet of the Hydrocodone and the larger number refers to how much Acetaminophen they contain.
